Technical Program Coordinator

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain detailed engineering project timelines, sprint backlogs, and test schedules.
• Coordinate weekly progress syncs across mechatronics, aerospace, and software divisions.
• Manage hardware part shipping logs, coordinate with vendors, and track incoming deliverables.
• Maintain centralized engineering document systems and technical monographs.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business discipline with a technical focus.
• Experience coordinating engineering project workflows (Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
• Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, file organization, and deadline tracking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a rapid-prototyping hardware startup.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
